Book Review: Shadows of the Mind

Shadows of the Mind by Roger Penrose: it’s in my Top Five Books of All Time, and for a good reason: it’s fantastic. Penrose discusses potential links between quantum physics and philosophy of mind, via Turing, Goedel and Plato, among others. It’s preceded by The Emperor’s New Mind, which is also a fantastic book, but this is my personal favourite.
