Interviewing a Jewish Food Hero

Yesterday I interviewed Kenden Alfond about her Jewish Food Hero Cookbook, which helps people find plant-based alternatives to traditional recipes.

I particularly liked the idea of this after I’d made vegan saviako – a Romani recipe – and discovered it was surprisingly good.
